At PawGlow, we work to provide a clear and efficient shopping experience. Below are the conditions related to order processing and shipping.


1. Order Processing

All products are custom-made to order.

  • Processing time is 2 to 4 business days from order confirmation.
  • During this period, the product is designed, prepared, and made ready for shipment.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Times

Once processing is complete, the estimated shipping time is:

  • 8 to 10 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination and logistics demand.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.


4. Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct and complete. PawGlow is not responsible for:

  • Errors in the address provided
  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to wrong information
  • Delays caused by external logistics issues

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.


5. Shipping Delays

Although we work with reliable logistics providers, delays may occur due to external factors such as:

  • High demand during specific seasons
  • Logistics or customs issues
  • Weather conditions

PawGlow is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, though we will do our best to help you locate your order.


6. Undelivered Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to the recipient's absence or is not collected at the delivery point, a refund is not guaranteed.
